Funkaducci Official Prize Draw Giveaway Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions: 

By entering the Funkaducci Prize Draw Giveaway Sweepstakes you agree to all of the following terms, conditions and  rules as well as the laws of the state of Illinois for Prize Draw Giveaway Sweepstakes. 

1. Sponsor:

The Prize Draw Giveaway Sweepstakes is operated by Funkaducci located at, 2940 N. Clark St. Chicago IL 60657

2. Eligibility:

All persons must be 21 years old or older and have a valid Illinois state ID to be eligible for entry. Strictly one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Employees of Funkaducci, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the Funkaducci Prize Draw Giveaway Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the Funkaducci Prize Draw Giveaway Sweepstakes. The Funkaducci Prize Draw Giveaway Sweepstakes is open to residents of Illinois only with a valid state ID. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry:

To enter, a person must go to www.funkaducci.com/giftcard.html and complete all fields with a valid full name, email address and phone number. Each entry will be verified by phone or email. If Funkaducci can not validate an entry due to wrong information and/or no reply from participant then that entry with be disqualified. The entry name must match the name on the entrant's Illinois state ID. Each person must also go to www.facebook.com/Funkaducci/ and follow us and share us. After entry is verified each person will receive in email with a free concert ticket with a stub to be put into the drawing ballot box at the concert event location. Drawing ballot box will be at the stage.

4. Odds of Winning:

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the promotion period. Currently for this promotion there are only 140 entries for the Funkaducci Prize Draw Giveaway Sweepstakes. The odds of winning are 1 in 140. Other future Funkaducci Prize Draw Giveaway Sweepstakes may have more than 140 entries dependant on size of event venue.  

5. Prize Value:

The prize is a $250.00 VISA Gift Card. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. Funkaducci reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond control require it.

6. Draw:

All persons entered must be present day of the event (TBA) at 9:30pm central time and at the concert location (TBA) and drop their drawing ticket stub into the drawing ballot box. Drawing will be held at the end of the show with prize delivery at end of the drawing. A Funkaducci staff member will randomly draw from the drawing ballot box one ticket and call out the persons name and number over the PA system for all to hear. If that draw winner is not present within one minute of the first call, their claim will be forfeited and an alternate 2nd random draw will execute. If that 2nd winner is not present, the random draw will repeat until a draw winner is identified as the winner and presents the matching winning ticket along with their Illinois state ID showing matching information from their entry form.

7. Prize Fulfillment:

When the winner is determined, the winner must present their State ID along with the matching ticket stub for verification. Once the winner is verified the prize will be given to the winner.

8. Tax Reporting for the State of Illinois:

If a single prize is valued at $600 or more, federal tax law requires the sponsor, Funkaducci, to issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner. Winners are responsible for paying state and federal taxes on the fair market value of the prize.

9. Data Protection & Publicity:

Any personal data provided will be processed solely for the administration of the Funkaducci Prize Draw Giveaway Sweepstakes in accordance with our terms.

All entry data and winners for the Funkaducci Prize Draw Giveaway Sweepstakes will be kept private and not shared or sold to any organization or person. Winners of the Funkaducci Prize Draw Giveaway Sweepstakes may be made available upon reasonable request to verify that a valid award took place.

10. General:

Funkaducci reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw rules if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. The Funkaducci Prize Draw Giveaway Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
